APPLICATION:

  1. Control. NPK background.
  2. Background NPK + Boron. Foliar application: 1st - in the tillering phase, 2nd - in the stem elongation phase, product consumption - 1.5 kg/ha, working solution consumption - 300 l/ha.
  3. Background NPK + Boron. Foliar application: 1st - in the tillering phase, 2nd - in the stem elongation phase, product consumption - 2.0 kg/ha, working solution consumption - 300 l/ha.
  4. Background NPK + Boron. Foliar application: 1st - in the tillering phase, 2nd - in the stem elongation phase, product consumption - 3.0 kg/ha, working solution consumption - 300 l/ha.

Trial plots area – 100 m², observed plots area – 50 m². Trial repetitiveness — four times.

  

RESULT:

  1. Yield increase compared to control with NPK background: 5.84-17.86%.
  2. The yield increase resulted from improvements in yield structure: the number of productive stems increased by 3.5-15.2%, spike length increased by 1.7-6.7%, the number of grains per spike increased by 3.0-6.0%, and the mass of 1000 grains increased by 3.2-6.6%.
  3. Quality indicators of the grain also increased: protein content in the grain increased by 0.21-1.09% (in absolute values), and gluten content increased by 0.5-2.2% (in absolute values).
  4. The maximum result was achieved with a double application at a 3.0 kg/ha dose.
  5. The maximum yield increase exceeded the experimental error and was statistically significant.
